Sim was sooo great. I went for a hollywood wax with a 3 months growth, I was dreading it. She got it all done in 20 minutes, incredibly painless too (considering what I was bringing). She is also an excellent chat, and knows how to put your mind off things. Will only come to her after this!

I've had good experiences at Heaven's Salon before so it's upsetting to have to leave this review.
The new, watery formula got into my eyes, which caused painful stinging and eye watering, which in turn made the glue not stick. This wasn't communicated, so the person doing the lift was brushing my lashes roughly for too long. In the end, I had to ask them to stop. I left with painful eyes, painful lashes, and a half-done lift. I was told they'd follow up with me to re-do it but they never did.
