Lovely gel nail manicure - very attentive in cleaning around the nail, cuticle and shaping. Facial was great, skin looking so clean after and great job extracting blackheads, looks so much clearer (especially the morning after).

The treatment took a lot longer than expected and I missed my next appointment for which i had already paid. I don't know what do to and who's responsible because I've wasted 25 gbp
