Unfortunately they were opening a new branch when I came in and they were very busy. The bleach was left in my hair for 3 and a half hours and it is now brittle and hard to brush. The colour is lighter than I would have preferred and two much of my hair was highlighted. The cut is poor - it is very uneven at the back.
I am really shocked at the poor experience because of the good reviews. So far a deep conditioning hair mask has not helped at all. I really wish I never came here.

Hina was absolutely amazing. I got lost on my way and she came out the salon to find me, it was my first ever wax but she totally put me at ease and handled my freaking out and fidgeting and needing to take breaks, and everything she did was super friendly, professional, knowledgable and kind. She was super. I will come again for SURE.
