Mixed feelings about my visit. Sarab was very nice but the shellac removal was odd. Instead of using the usual cotton pads and soak-off clips/ foil, I had to soak my fingers directly in a bowl of remover, which was quite harsh on my skin. The shape and file wasn’t amazing but ok. Overall friendly service but technique could be better
