It felt like the beauty therapist only turned up for my treatment because I was before her in the salon. I had to climb over other members of staff to get to the stairs which lead downstairs to her treatment room. It was a bit chilly and no nice music got played as you are used to in other salons. I didn’t really feel in good hands and was worried about my eyebrows as wax was all and a sudden on other parts on my face. I’m afraid I wouldn’t go there again.
