when she washed my hair she splashed water all over my face. didn't really ask what I wanted. products messy all over the salon. wasnt using salon grade products. the cut was fine but i would not go back

My waxing was done well, though I gave specific instructions as I am doing laser and asked for certain areas not to be waxed. I wasn’t listened to.
I was very specific with my lashes and wasn’t listened to again.
If it happened with one service I could’ve thought it was a miscommunication, but not twice.
Kiran was nice in the beginning, but as soon as I said I wasn’t happy and it wasn’t what I asked for, that niceness turned into hostility.
I won’t be returning.
