The wax was applied all at once from the bottom to the top of my lips and top with the attempt to pull it all at once, pointless to say the pain was beyond explainable. Funny that I got even blamed cause I was "too nervous and agitated", she was ripping my skin off, I bet anyone would lose control in such pain. Rudeness aside, I ve done countless waxing in my life and none of them was painful. After one day I had bumps everywhere and cut hair stingy as if a razor was used.Do not recommend sorry
