I have been a regular customer. This time the threading was not on point and done by what I think was an inexperienced stylist. Please do not put juniors to test on clients. My left eyebrow had a visible missing piece in the middle. I cannot ask for it to be fixed because it would entail making it a whole lot thinner — which is not what I want. Overall disappointment.
