I'll try to be positive first. The lady was pleasant and friendly and the massage was good. Not excellent but good. Now the rest, from first impressions the house was very run down and then it got worse! The 'clinic' is half the living room with a curtain across. The only part which seemed clean enough was the treatment bed thank heavens. The room had a dirty floor, cob webs hanging from the ceiling and was just grubby. I refused a glass of water after as I really wouldn't trust drinking there. I asked to use the toilet and really wished I hadn't, I've NEVER seen anything so dirty. I'm not a snob but if you choose to ignore this advice you will see what I mean. Seriously, do not use this place.

Was suprised to find the place was a house, which should be put in the description so people know it's not a beauty salon. Facial felt great and my skin felt revived afterwards. Not much was done during my pedicure and my nails were not painted very well. The pregnancy massage did not include alot and did not do a lot for me either. However the beautician is very experienced and lovely which makes the whole environment very welcoming

Lovely lady, very welcoming and polite. Offered me a drink when I arrived, had a nice chat whilst filling in the light form. I do think that if it is cash only, that you should be prepared for people not to pay in exact change as that can cause issues. As lovely as the lady was and the treatment was fine, I've had better wax usage from other places. It felt quite rough when the wax came off, so it was probably the brand of wax. But she has a very good set up and makes you feel very comfortable and the treatment was sufficient. I think I just prefer an actual shop to a home salon.

Esther is a lovely lady, very friendly, but I was very disappointed with my treatment. I had the 'eye package' which consisted of eye lash and brow tint and brow shaping. I am fair and asked for brown brows and ended up with jet black brows. They were uneven in shape and colour and I had to do them myself when I got home. One brow was shorter in length than the other and this was very noticeable and I will just have to wait for them to grow back. I complained and was told I would receive a refund but this was later changed to a partial refund of the treatment as I had purchased the 'special offer' anyway. Not sure how this is relevant but I am seeking further advice on the matter. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. It is in the front room of a house and doesn't feel like you have been pampered. And the fact that the first few positive reviews on the site come from the 'salon' itself speaks volumes. Very disappointed with the treatments and the aftercare.
