I pre-paid when I booked for a 45-55 minute pedicure appointment. She was done in 25 minutes and I felt too awkward to ask for a refund for the remaining time. She didn't speak to me the whole time except to ask if I wanted oil and cream on my feet. It was my first pedicure so I felt really nervous and tried to make small talk. Flies everywhere! Definitely will not be returning
