I always book long lasting gel manicure with Emma, who is brilliant. I couldn’t find an available slot with Emma. I booked a long lasting gel app online and I was told that there is extra £5 charge for gel removal. This never happened to me before and when I challenged the response was that they forgot to charge previousl times ?!
The work wasn’t great but the worst thing for me is that there were comments in their language about clients(not kind ones) who are paying for their service!
