I showed up at the time of my booking but they told me (quite sharply) that it would be another 15 minutes until I could get started. I was on my lunch break and worried I wouldn’t get service in time so decided to not have my appointment. No apology or concern was expressed by the people working in the salon.
I had my nails done in this salon before and it was ok, but I wouldn’t go back after this.
