I have been going to Heaven nails pretty since they opened. It’s really clean & aesthetic & doesn’t smell of strong chemicals. It’s v quiet. They are really good at nails, and that’s why I keep going back however they do seem to have a timing issue. It’s amazing you can book but I always have to wait anywhere from 15 to 40 mins which can be difficult as I normally come on my lunch break. I’d arrive late but I know they turn you away if you do. I’ll keep going as they’re amazing otherwise

Nice and clean and I’m happy with how the final results of my manicure and pedicure look. The staff were polite and friendly but not chatty so the atmosphere was a bit flat. I also got nicked a few times when they trimmed my cuticles on feet and hands - bit stingy! And I would have like a bit more of a massage to be part of the pedicure and i had to moisturise my own hands afterwards. Pretty good but a few improvements needed.
