I prepaid for my gel nails on Treatwell. As Felicia was doing my nails she asked me if I would like my cuticles pushed back. Every time I've had gel nails done before the salon has done this as standard and for free so I said 'yes' without hesitation. When the appointment ended she said that I owed £3 for the cuticles. At no point during the appointment did she mention that this was for an additional cost.
My nails look great but this didn't leave me in a good mood and it's deceiving.
