Manicure looks nice but zero customer service. I was rushed to pick a colour even though the place was empty. I also didn't realise I needed to book 'nail art' for the gold cuff detail I wanted. They wouldn't allow me to pay extra to add it on when I arrived, despite the fact there were no other customers there and 2 spare nail technicians (so even if Felicia was back to back surely someone else could have finished it? ). It's like they didn't want the money. I finished off my manicure at home.

I love the treatments here, the massage chair getting my manicure is such a treat.
The treatment took longer than they said, and they started 20 mins late. The therapist also sought my cuticles on my thumb and three of my toes which left them bleeding and a little sore. Gel paint looks great though.
