My first visit was booked for 10.20am. I booked a 70minute treatment, because I had a hair appointment at 11.30. I arrived at 10.10, and had to wait until 10.45 before my treatment started. Emma worked really fast because she knew I was feeling worried about this, and she did a lovely job. However it was still 10.45 before I was able to leave and my hair stylist had telephoned me, rather annoyed, by then! In my rush, I left my phone, and Emma ran after me with it, which was greatly appreciated.
