I had apparently booked the wrong treatment online, which was my mistake I admit but it wouldn’t be an issue if the nail tech had discussed with me what I wanted done, instead she went ahead until I realised what was happening, too late! The customer service in this salon isn’t good, and I expect some form of consultation or discussion before a beauty treatment which isn’t a big ask in my opinion.
