I arrived and wasn't offered a drink, everyone else was. My appointment was at 4:45pm and I left at 6:40pm - nearly 2 hours!
I asked how much a french tip would be and they said another £10 which seemed excessive seeing as I wanted just BIAB colour and then a french tip. I said not to worry, I will have just a plain colour...the owner haggled and said she'd do it for £8.
Then after about an hour (of filing and shaping) she said they can do it for free. I think Marina was less experienced.

Had my BIAB and gel manicure removed and redone. Really fast service. Not great the cuticle care I am used to at the salon. Also had a miscommunication re the gel so didn't get what I asked for. But still a lovely manicure.
