Not greeted at door, told no time for what I wanted despite having booked for 75 minutes on exact option ( it was rushed in around 45 minutes so presumably they were overbooked), not told about heat spikes, and when happened was told this is "normal" (doubt that), still hurts hours later, and finally nails filed short despite me specifically asking her not to - too late by the time I saw what she was doing and didn't realise how much she had filed them til after. Very poor indeed..
