Not very friendly staff and a not very careful removal and reapplication of gel extensions. Have been a few times and the staff are always quite rude and impatient with customers. I’ve also had my skin cut and bleed a few times. It was fine, but for the price, not great. Also nails are often too sharp or design is uneven
