This is going to sound counterintuitive; during my appointment there was minimal chat, I felt like I had had such a treat, with the added bonus of some much needed head space. I enjoyed watching Felicia working her magic and I am so pleased with the results. I realise this may sound negative, on the contrary! I’m happy to enjoy the pampering process without the need to engage in chitchat about where I’m going on holiday. Highly recommend x
