High quality nails, I really appreciate the time taken on nail prep & filing as the nails are nice and thin and last well. Very clean & efficient service. Only issue was the technician did not consult about the design beforehand & was not able to do what I wanted. I was a little disappointed as it was a simple design &’was not offered any alternative just told pick a colour. I think the service is overall great but would be nice if technician could make clear design/nail art options available.
