I called ahead to confirm with the salon before booking that they offered BIAB pedicures and manicures, specifically as my nails react badly to both shellac and gel polish. When I arrived, I was told that they didn’t offer BIAB pedicures. The manicurist sighed and agreed to maybe do it (it was unclear) but then the products applied were not genuine BIAB products. Whilst something akin to BIAB was applied to my manicure, it was an unknown brand and now I am concerned my nails will react badly
