This is the first time I have had a professional gel manicure so wasn’t sure on the process. I rang up before booking to ensure I booked the right thing. When turning up I was informed I hadn’t booked what I expected it still went ahead with the booking. 3 days after my gel manicure, it has already chipped and I am having to remove it. I normally do my own gel manicure at home which doesn’t chip for 10 days so I am very disappointed with this service.
