Always delighted with my BIAB manicure

I have been going to this salon for over a year and have never had any issues. However, during my recent gel nail appointment Maria was incredibly rough when taking off the original gel. She was also very rough with my nails the entire way through, causing pain and discomfort. When I left the salon I realised that there is debris of some kind under the nail lacquer on multiple nails, making them sharp in places. Really disappointed!
