I went home with dead skin on my feet. Nails were uneven. She didn’t even put lotion on my feet. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I had to wait 20 mins for my appointment to start without an explanation that there was a delay. I could have happily come back in 15 mins if I had been warned . One of the assistants offered water to two of the other clients but nothing offered to me whilst I was waiting. Unfortunately, I had another appointment elsewhere so the treatment was rushed and the lacquer polish smudged as had not full time to dry. Treatment was brilliant but a shame customer service was disappointing.
