I tried to resolve this offline as I don’t like leaving bad feedback, but the manager / owner wouldn’t reply. The manicurist cut my cuticles so badly she made four of my fingers bleed, and then cut two of my toes with the electric nail file. Literally awful. Has taken two weeks to stop hurting and my nails look worse than I did when I went in.
