Emma was great but the space wasn’t - didn’t feel very clean and smelt of cigarette smoke. Also boiling hot with no music - which didn’t make it a very nice place to be.

Hi, the lady that took my BIAB off my nails was very heavy handed and when i said it was hurting, she just smiled and laughed. The drill was taking my actual nail down. I have had this done so many times and it has never hurt this much. The whole trwatment took 10 minutes max. I was charged £25. I have been coming here for over 3 years and never had a complaint.
