I am usually the biggest fan of heaven nails but i did feel on this occasion the experience fell a little short, but I have usually had a great experience.
Whilst i was sat in the salon they changed the time of my appointment back 10 mins and didnt tell me in person. This actually ended up being almost 30 mins delayed, however then it did just feel quite rushed and rough and my cuticles did bleed a lot. Hoping a one off as I usually highly recommend.
