Although ver polite, Nicole portrayed some inexperience issues, she was very haphazard in her approach, and didn’t warm up areas that then needed deeper attention, she just went straight for the knots.
The room/bed hadn’t been prepared properly and was disheveled, no layer of paper towelling on the bed, no heating/ bed heater on.
Both attending therapists were eating their lunch in the client waiting area as I was escorted through.

I booked two treatments with this salon, the first they called to cancel as they closed. I asked for a refund and they just rebooked it on a random date. The second treatment I arrived and stood outside calling, messaging, ringing bell and no one was there! That evening they called and said ‘yeah we opened at 10.00 today’ Just a ridiculous service and I’ve only had one refund so am still owed £15!
