Unfortunately I had to make a complaint to this salon regarding the service I had. I attended the salon for a gel manicure and pedicure for a special occasion. I found the area whereby the treatment was being carried out not to be very discreet or relaxing as other staff members were having conversations around and across where I was seated. I found this to be quite rude. There were issues with the manicure gel polish application, ‘gloopy’ and indentations on almost every nail.
