Although ver polite, Nicole portrayed some inexperience issues, she was very haphazard in her approach, and didn’t warm up areas that then needed deeper attention, she just went straight for the knots. The room/bed hadn’t been prepared properly and was disheveled, no layer of paper towelling on the bed, no heating/ bed heater on. Both attending therapists were eating their lunch in the client waiting area as I was escorted through.
