Great salon! Taken as soon as I arrived, despite being early. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
I visited Cyan at the weekend as a first time customer. I was happy with my haircut and the experience at the salon.
My bayalage didn’t come out as expected - far too light and an all over colour, rather than highlights. Was invited to go back to have some darker tones added, which was very kind of them. Colour is much better now, but still not what I was looking for. Staff were all lovely, however.
The staff were lovely but a bit inexperienced and, as it was quiet when I went in, were all busy with doing a new offers board which felt like the focus of their attention, rather than the customers.
Mikey, the hairdresser, was great until a minor thing went wrong (the clippers nipped me - not his fault and not a big deal, really) and he seemed to lose his confidence a little. The resulting haircut is fine, and good value, but I don't think I'd go back.
