Heather was very welcoming and friendly and really listened to what I wanted done .
It was my first time with heather so i was slightly nervous but
she was really carefull with what she was doing , my hair was perfect exactly as I asked .
Heather was also very chatty and friendly .

Heather accommodated by step daughter at the last minute after she had a hair disaster elsewhere, immediately responding to me an arranging a patch test. She corrected what had been done and gave her what she wanted originally and she couldn’t be happier. Thank you for going above and beyond 🙌🏼
