This was my first time going to Heat, and I'll definitely be going back. Lee was really friendly and welcoming, and obviously paid great care and attention to my haircut. I have absolutely masses of very thick hair and it took much longer than the appointment I booked on treatwell but he still took his time to make sure it was perfect. He even said to just call to book an undercut appointment between main appointments, something lots of places have said they can't offer. Very pleased.

Salon staff were friendly. Matteo helped both my children feel relaxed. He took time to show my son various options as my son wasn't sure what cut he wanted. Matteo did a brilliant job and both children were very happy with their hairstyles.

Lee gave me a really great cut, lots of attention to detail and a clean fade (short on sides, long on top). I’ve got curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who can do it well!
