The staff were a bit lax with the covid safety measures, not keeping their visors on and not wearing masks.
The hairdresser didn't seem to understand what I asked for with the haircut and basically did the opposite, cutting it a lot shorter and cutting a fringe that i didn't want.

Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Very irritable hairdresser. No consultation when I arrived while my hair was dry about what I wanted out of the haircut. Cold water for the hair wash. Then when I queried a couple of things during the haircut he got really stroppy with me. I asked him why he was getting angry with me and that I wasn't trying to annoy him by querying a couple of things. Didn't make any difference to his mood. It was only me and him in the hair salon,
There was an unpleasant atmosphere and I felt uncomfortable
