The staff are really friendly. Unfortunately my hairdresser arrived late which was unfortunate as I had a wedding to get to that day. It is good value for money though.

The actual salon is great... I've booked with them directly previous to this trip and that is what I've based my ratings on. Even though the salon is very reasonably priced, I still got a little head massage with the wash and the cut was exactly what I asked for. However, when I booked through Treatwell this time; the website hadn't bothered to inform the salon of my appointment and so there was no one to cut my hair (even though the website had sent me reminder texts etc.). End result: my hair is still full of split ends and I'm going to book direct next time.
