I unfortunately didn't even make it to my appointment, I had booked both the eyebrow waxing and eyebrow tint, Bonna had messaged me on the morning of my appointment to let me know that I would have to book a patch test before completing the eyebrow tinting, as I was aware of this procedure I assumed that this would be done at my booked appointment later that morning. I turned up at the salon at 11am however it was closed and I was informed that she was not in yet, I waited for 15 minutes passed my appointment time before I tried to ring Bonna, her phone had been switched off, I then messaged her to confirm our appointment, she then replied instantly explaining that as I didn't reply to her message that morning regarding the patch test she assumed I wouldn't turn up...she then offered to re-book me in for that afternoon. I was very frustrated as I had turned up for the eyebrow waxing and her message made no reference of cancelling the whole appointment. Not turning up to your own salon and then only offering to re-book for later that day is not good enough. I will not be re-booking here as my confidence has been lost.
The massage left my shoulders knot free and feeling great. I had hurt my lower back earlier in the week and, whilst it wasn't completely fixed, I slept much better after.
