I started learning Zen Shiatsu in 2004 in London after I had a wonderful healing experience receiving a treatment. Now, 20 years later, I have learnt also Movement Shiatsu with Bill Palmer, one of the pioneers of Shiatsu in UK, I am actually teaching and I work regularly with people with all sort of disabilities, mental health and chronic conditions, helping them to have a better quality of life. I have also studied REIKI, Mindfulness, Sports Massage, Universal Tao with Mantak Chia, Tantra and Shamanism. I use the Movement Shiatsu approach and fusion Oriental Medicine with Western Medicine.

Yas has been practicing massage professionally for two years and in that time has built a popular treatment resume. She enjoys seeing the benefits lymphatic and pre-natal massage can bring clients and more recently is working with reflexology.

My name is Ruth the founder of Heartfelt Hands Therapies CIC, I am a Shiatsu practitioner and body worker over 20 years ago, as these practices have helped me greatly in my own health and wellbeing, I have a Holistic approach to everything I do as Shiatsu is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of a better relationship with our bodies so I have learnt many techniques that now I offer to my clients in order to help them get what their body needs, easing pain, feeling more relaxed and en-tuned with your bodies and mind at the same time as experiencing and learning tools to feel better when needed. I am a Somatic Mummy Mentor and can support you in supporting your wellbeing by improving your positive relationship with your body, every detail counts!
I also work regularly in the community with the elderly and disabled so when you pay the full price treatment you are also contributing to the health and well-being of your community.
