Great massage that got rid of a lot of tension and knots I had in my upper back! Was definitely a bit sore for a couple days afterwards though (but in a good way!)

Staff was friendly enough. Nothing special or particularly nice regarding the ambience and interior, but it was sufficiently clean. It was not, however, a good value. The “face massage” involved very little pressure, so I didn’t get any sort of therapeutic benefits. The “face mask” was literally a sheet mask that my specialist applied and left for 20 minutes. The whole treatment was 30 minutes, so a solid 2/3 of it was me lying there with a sheet mask that I could’ve purchase myself. Won’t be returning.

Traditional method, targeting the flow of the body. Not for the pain adverse! My therapist was very helpful and showed me techniques to work out my neck at home
