I haven't had a proper massage for 3-4 years and I had forgotten how relaxing and helpful it is! I have a desk job so carry a lot of tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck.
Dan is an extremely professional and friendly massage therapist. He explained carefully the different types of massage that he offers, along with checking any pre-existing medical conditions and what areas I would like to focus on.
His treatment room is a very calming / soothing atmosphere (and needless to – spotless!). He talked me through what he was doing and I felt very relaxed and safe.
I can't recommend him highly enough and will be returning soon to have another massage.
