This was my 2nd time at Healthwise East West. Kate was a little late for the appointment but Dr Sue was very welcoming and apologetic and offered me tea while I waited. When Kate arrived she was cold made superb effort to make sure that her cold hands didn’t directly touch my skin until she’d warmed up. This was a deep tissue massage and the pressure was strong but Kate was aware where was particularly sore and checked in with me. I will be returning for regular treatments at Healthwise.

Helen gave a thorough massage on my very painful back. The room was warm enough and the music was soothing and unintrusive. Please note that this was a very firm massage which was perfect for me but you do need to let the therapist know if it’s too firm for you.
