First time getting this type of massage. Head massage was great, foot massage was so-so. Relaxing music played and the lady who did the massages was very friendly.

So disappointing... I was hoping these treatments would be relaxing and helpful. I think my hopes were too high. Dr Li didn’t care when I said that the foot massage instrument was not helpful and I didn’t want it. I wanted a foot massage by hand. I’ve had many foot massages before in London and when I lived in China and Singapore. She didn’t care and rebuffed me adding comments about how so many other people find her foot massages so relaxing and beneficial.
The ear candling was a bit stressful when the ash went on my neck and in my hair. It felt like my skin was a bit burnt from it. Just before leaving, she told me to book directly with her next time as Treatwell take almost half the amount that I paid. (There won’t be a next time).

I was greeted by a lovely older woman, but aside from that I was unfortunately disappointed by the massage experience. The treatment room was cramped and a bit dirty, and the deep tissue massage wasn’t deep at all. I was ready to leave after the first five minutes.

Dr Lee is simply amazing. She does offer a very personalised treatment. I will go back and I will always recommend her
