Second massage I've had from Allison, went for a sports one this time as I had pain in my shoulder. She did an assessment, suggested it was a trapped nerve, did some mobility exercises and gave me a great massage. Initially still felt the same but by the next day the pain was completely gone and has stayed away. Thanks Allison!
