The therapist was very nice and capable. The problem has been that I booked 1 hour reflexology which I find particularly beneficial while I actually had a foot massage (with some reflexology) and then a body massage which I didn't ask for. Despite being the experience overall positive, I can't give a higher rating as I paid quite some money for a treatment o never received. I hope this helps the management be clearer on what it's offered.
