We got an extremely good deal. Lovely hotel and fantastic food. Rooms a little dated. Staff were very professional and friendly. All in all great hotel
from arrival to departure could not fault this hotel rooms were beautiful, food was amazing, staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them all in all had a fab time many thanks

food below par but was a new chef would benefit from big menu will definitely go back
staff were lovely, food great with one exception no veggie hot breakfast, ie sausages, French toast, scrambled eggs.
one of the lift was not working, I feel we spent alone time wait for the only lift that work. all in all spot on
Hotel staff vere very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Spa was very dated and when we went the person who does the massage was off sick. We booked the trip to get my wife a relaxing night away from the stresses of work and wanted a massage for her. It left me feeling very disappointed on her behalf.
