I had a booking for the shellac manicure and pedicure but was late so Ewa could only fit in one of the treatments. The pedicure was done well, good attention to detail, ok polish colour choice. There is no ambience though, the treatment room is tiny and not spa-like as the venue name might suggest. Would come back for the pedicure though.

Great manicure, thank you very much. No extra was charged to take off my previous shellac, which other places often do so I was especially pleased with that. Very helpful staff.

I booked a Pamper Day for 2 and received a 30min Massage and 60min Facial. - The treatment was top, super relaxing, super friendly therapist and staff. It was lovely to be able to receive a combined massage tailored to my personal needs and preferences. A big thank you goes especially to the super nice staff who went the extra mile to organise a little panini snack for us by the poolside, even though the spa does not usually serve snacks (which is a shame). - This was really super accommodating as I was then able to enjoy my treatment without having to feel hungry throughout. The facilities are ok, nothing super luxurious but friendly - the treatment room had the nicest ambiance for me. Generally it is a very fitness oriented venue, the light is very bright within the pool area, especially during the day and it was a bit noisy due to heavy fitness swimmers and children. A big minus was therefore for me that the venue did not have a relaxation room as such. My overall feedback: A nice place for a time-out and fabulous treatments, but if you are looking for a proper Spa experience as such with total relaxation flair an peace, the venue does not have the right ambiance and facilities. A nice experience though after all.
