I had a Hollywood wax and awarded 4 stars - she was quick and concise! And I had a facial which was amazing, so relaxing I even fell asleep. Lovely hand and arm massage when the face mask was on. I have given less points for 'ambience' as I could hear people outside the room laughing and talking for about 30 minutes which did ruin the relaxation a little bit. But other than that, excellent and I will definitely be going back.
