Confusion at the beginning as the receptionist did not read the information I provided. She wanted a E - voucher number, but the booking had been made with a time and therapist, which would been clear.from.the information I provided if read. This took 10 minutes to resolve. Then waited a further 20 minutes for session to begin. However, after this hiccup I was given an hour masses instead of the 45 minute new booked. The massage was amazing and fully made up for delay and hiccup. Thanks!
