This was my second time getting this treatment at the Circle, the first time was so amazing (thanks to Vicky!) however this time I was really let down. Maybe because my expectations were so high... I had a different beautician called Gelena who hardly spoke to me and I got the feeling she just wanted it over and done with. It felt rushed and there was no care and attention. I paid for an extended bikini wax and it was in no way 'extended'. When I came out to reception she basically ignored me until another staff member prompted her to take my payment: I will go again and take more care to only book Vicky!

The Hollywood waxing treatment was the most relaxing wax I've had. The room had soothing music which was a bonus and the job didn't feel rushed at all. A thorough job well done.
